The certification, issued by MAX Certifications, covers their Cochin and Aluva centers in Kerala, India. The original certification began on 05/01/2009, with the current version revised on 15/10/2024 and valid until 30/12/2026. Surveillance audits are scheduled to ensure compliance and quality standards.
